Please allow 5 - 10 business days for our office to process completed registrations (with all required paperwork) before care is able to start. 

We will continue to process registrations as quickly as possible, but with the large influx of registrations at this time we do require a few business days for processing time.

**Trouble with Online Registration**
If you are experiencing difficulties with the Procare registration site, Procare Support recommends clearing your browser cookies and cache. This typically works to clear out whatever bug is causing the issue in the server. If that does not work, Procare recommends using a different browser or different device.
