About Our Summer Camps

Extended Hours Summer Camps will be offered at 2 locations this year!

Hours: 6:30 am - 6:00 pm

Days: Monday - Friday

Dates: May 29 - July 26

  • *closed May 27 & 28 (Memorial Day & Camp Set Up) 

  • *closed July 3-5 (4th of July break)

Our camps are FULL of activities! Children will have the opportunity to socialize and enrich their days with engaging activities revolving around the weekly theme! Extended Hours Campers will get to participate in STEM learning activities, arts and crafts, science experiments, creative writing, and organized group games! 

​

We have weekly on-site water days, weekly Swim Days at Lincoln Park Pool, and several field trips around the Grand Valley scheduled throughout the summer!

How to Apply :

Step 1: Register an account with Extended Hours Program 

Has your child been registered with Extended Hours Program in 2021 - 2024?

  • Yes?​​

    • Move to Step 2!​

  • No?

    • Please complete an online registration : Procare Online Registration​

    • Once your online registration is submitted - come back and complete step 2!​

 

Step 2: Summer Camp Application & Calendar

  • Click on the link below to fill out the Summer Camp Application and Calendar.  (Use the CCCAP: Summer Camp Application & Calendar if your family will be receiving CCCAP Assistance)

 Step 3: Confirmation & Payment​

  • Our office will process and review summer camp applications in the order they are received. 

  • Please allow 5 - 10 business days for our office to process your application. 

  • We will notify you via email if we are able to offer your child a spot in one of our summer camps. 

  • If your child is offered a spot in one of our camps, payment for activity fee will then be due to complete the registration. 

    • If you are receiving CCCAP assistance, our office will require confirmation from your caseworker to complete your registration.

Daily Rate: 

$44.00

*No 1/2 day option available

Late Payment Fee:

$5.00 per day payment is past due

$55.00 activity fee per child 

due at registration

*Full 9 Week Summer Calendar is due upon registration.

  • Calendar changes and payments are due 2 weeks at time following the cancellation/payment deadline schedule.

*Payment for Week 1 & 2 of Summer Camp is due May 17th. 

 

*Payment for remaining weeks of Summer Camp is due 2 weeks at a time following the payment/cancellation schedule.  

Important Dates for Summer 2023:

  • 3/26/24: Registration Opens for Summer Camp

  • 5/29/24: 1st Day of Summer Camp!

  • 7/3/24- 7/5/24: CLOSED!

  • 7/26/2024: Last Day of Summer Camp!

 

**8/07/2024: 1st day of School! 

*Extended Hours Program will NOT have care available July 29 - August 6. The school requests those days for cleaning and maintenance prior to school starting. Our programs use that time for staff development & site set up for upcoming school year.

 

All families are required to re-register for the new school year - this does not carry over from previous school year or summer camp. 

Calendar & Payment Schedule

*Calendar Schedule for all 9 weeks of Summer Camp are due for registration.

*All schedule changes for Summer Camp must be emailed or called in directly to Extended Hours Main Office. On-site staff cannot accept schedule changes.

​

Summer Camp Deadlines for Payments & Calendar Changes are due based on the following schedule:

  • Payment 1:

    • Week 1 (5/29-5/31) & Week 2 (6/3-6/7)

      • Cancellation Deadline: May 16th​

      • Payment Deadline: May 17th

  • Payment 2:

    • Week 3 (6/10-6/14) & Week 4 (6/17-6/21)

      • Cancellation Deadline: May 30th​

      • Payment Deadline: May 31st

  • Payment 3:

    • ​Week 5 (6/24-6/28) & Week 6 (7/1 - 7/2)​

      • Cancellation Deadline: June 13th​

      • Payment Deadline: June 14th

  • Payment 4:

    • ​Week 7 (7/8-7/12) & Week 8 (7/15-7/19)​

      • Cancellation Deadline: June 27th​

      • Payment Deadline: June 28th

  • Payment 5:

    • ​Week 9 (7/22-7/26)​

      • Cancellation Deadline: July 11th​

      • Payment Deadline: July 12th

A $5.00 late payment fee will be applied for every day that payment is past due after payment deadline.
