Re- Registration

Extended Hours Program requires all families to re-register each school year. Please click on the Procare link below. This will allow you to re-enroll your child with our program for the 2024-2025 school year.

PLEASE ALLOW 5 - 10 BUSINESS DAYS FOR PROCESSING BEFORE YOUR CHILD CAN START CARE

CARE CANNOT START THE SAME DAY THAT REGISTRATION IS SUBMITTED

Instructions:

Log in to Procare using your email address on file. 

Select your child's school. (Please contact our office if your child is switching schools prior to re-registering)

​

An Alert box will show stating "Registrations are available". Click the "VIEW" button.

​

Follow the prompts to review/update your child's information and submit the re-registration application. 

​

Registration Fee:

  • Once your re-registration is submitted - our office will process the application. We will email you a statement with a link to pay the $55 registration fee. We do not automatically process payment for the registration fee unless a request has been made from the account holder. 

 

​Adding NEW Child: 

  • NEW CHILD FORM

    • ONLY USE THIS FORM IF YOUR FAMILY ALREADY HAS AN ACCOUNT WITH EXTENDED HOURS PROGRAM AND YOU ARE NEEDING TO ADD A SIBLING. 

    • This form is required to add a NEW CHILD/SIBLING to your existing account.

 

​Confirmation Email​

​

  • Please allow 5 - 10 business days for processing before care can start.   

    • Once all required registration items and payment have been received and processed by our office - you will receive a confirmation email with a start date for ​when your child will be able to start care. 

​Re-Registration Checklist:

​

  • Complete Re-Registration through Procare

  • Pay $55 Registration Fee​​

  • Required Forms:

    • Immunizations​

      • We will check to be sure your child's record on file is up to date. We will notify you if an updated copy is needed for our records. ​

    • Medical Forms: (If Applicable)

  • Confirmation Email

    • Please allow 5 - 10 business days for processing before care can start.   

    • Once all required registration items and payment have been received and processed by our office - you will receive a confirmation email with a start date for ​when your child will be able to start care. 

  • Scheduling & Payment:​​

    • Please submit a calendar of your child's anticipated attendance. You are able to update your child's schedule with our staff at any time. You are not charged for days that your child is absent - but we do request that you notify our staff if your child will be absent on a scheduled day. ​

    • Payment:

      • We require all families to either Pre-Pay for attendance OR have Automatic Payments set up. ​

        • Prepayment: Parent is responsible for maintaining a credit balance on the account. Attendance charges deduct from the credit. 

          • You are only charged for your child's attendance. You are not charged if they are absent.

          • Unpaid balances will be auto-charged at the end of each week using the payment method on file.  

          • Late Fees will apply to past due balances for care that was not pre-paid.​

        • Auto Pay: Payment on auto-pay accounts is processed at the end of each week.

          • The charges typically show on your bank account the following Monday. 

          • You are only charged for your child's actual attendance. You are not charged if they are absent.

For Families receiving CCCAP assistance

  • In addition to the Online Application, Immunization Record, Medical Forms (if applicable) and Calendar of Anticipated Attendance, the following items are required for families enrolled in CCCAP (Colorado Childcare Assistance Program): 

    • CCCAP Authorization (confirmation from caseworker)

    • CCCAP Extended Hours Contract (required for all families receiving CCCAP to fill out and sign verifying you have read and understand Extended Hours policies in regards to your account)

Complete Registrations: Will receive a confirmation email with a start date for when child can begin attending care. Start date will depend on when registration items were completed as well as scheduled delivery of student file to school.

Incomplete Registrations: Will receive an email notifying you of required missing items. Incomplete registrations remain on hold in Extended Hours Main Office until ALL required items are submitted.
