Full Summer Calendar Schedule is Due in order for us to process your application.

• Registration is incomplete and will not be accepted without completed calendar submission.

We will accept calendar updates/cancellations up to 2 weeks prior to week care is scheduled. The cancellation & payment deadline scheduled is listed on the Summer Camp 2023 Tab.

• After that deadline, you are financially responsible for any days that are reserved on that calendar. 

• We do not allow days to be switched or credited for another day after the deadline.

Payment is due the date that cancellations/changes are due for each calendar. 

• Attendance is pre-paid at least two weeks in advance based on our calendars.

CCCAP families are responsible for private payment for any cancellations or "No Shows" after the cancellation deadline.
